HOW TO USE:  For best results, exfoliate your skin in the shower with our Pre-Tan Exfoliator before use.  Next, we suggest putting a towel on the floor to catch any overspray.  Once your skin is completely dry, spray product onto our tanning mitt (the spray is very fine so it can get a little messy if you don't use a tanning mitt).  Then rub in a circular motion with the mitt starting with your feet and working your way up.  For drier areas like your feet, hands, knees and elbows, use sparingly.  If you don't use a mitt or gloves, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly several times after each use. Once done, let dry a few minutes before putting on clothes or getting into bed. Ideally, you should wait at least 7-8 hours before sweating or showering (overnight is best).
